Ceremonies are officiated by a licensed Nevada Reverend, who walks you through getting your Nevada marriage license and files the paperwork within 48 hours of the big moment. Same-day dates are sometimes available, but one to two weeks of lead time gets the best pick of times. Choose your backdrop: canal-side at The Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes, or Strip views across from New York-New York at Showcase — weddings happen at both.

Yes — both Strip flagships host weddings. Grand Canal Shoppes puts you at The Venetian; Showcase gives you open-air Strip views across from New York-New York. Not sure which fits? Tell us about your day and we'll recommend one.
+Is a Five Guys wedding legally binding?
Completely. A licensed Nevada Reverend officiates, helps you obtain your Nevada marriage license, and files all required paperwork within 48 hours of the ceremony.
+How far ahead do we need to book?
Same-day ceremonies are occasionally possible, but one to two weeks in advance gives you the best choice of dates and times.
+Can we customize a package?
Yes — packages are a starting point. Your event coordinator can add guests, cake, boozy shakes, photography, a DJ, transportation, and other enhancements.
+Can we add more guests?
Usually, subject to space and date availability. Your coordinator will walk you through options and pricing.
+Do you do vow renewals?
Absolutely — anniversaries, do-overs, or just because. The same ceremony options apply.
+Can we take over the whole restaurant?
Private and semi-private configurations, up to full buyouts, may be available depending on date, time, and guest count — ask when you inquire.
+Are boozy shakes included?
The All The Toppings package includes a boozy shake or freeze for every guest; additional rounds and other bar options are available as add-ons.
+Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes — outside decor is welcome. Just coordinate the details with your event coordinator when booking.
+Can we bring a photographer, or hire one?
Both. Private photography is available depending on availability, and a photographer is one of the standard add-ons.
+Can the wedding party keep celebrating after the ceremony?
That's the point: the restaurant is open until 4 AM daily, and welcome parties, after-parties, and day-after brunches can all be arranged around your ceremony.
